- Can you repair documents & flat paper?
- Yes.
- Can you take pictures before and during treatment?
- Yes. We'll email them to you at no charge, or we can send you prints or a CD for a small fee.
- Can you give me an estimate for my specific project?
- Yes, if you send us pictures of the damage. You can also send us your book- we're happy to assess it without obligation, and it will only cost you round trip shipping.
- How long will it take?
- Typically we turn around a book within 2-3 weeks of receiving it. If time is of the essence please contact us before sending the book to schedule a mutually agreeable due date.
- Can you treat water damage?
- Maybe; it depends on the type of paper and whatever is on it (ink, pencil, watercolor etc.)
